Super Guarentee Charger (SGC)

The super guarantee charge (SGC) is a specific penalty that is imposed on a business when they do not meet the minimum payment of their super guarantee (SG) before the due date. This charge is made up of any SG shortfall amounts, the interest charged on those amounts (currently 10%), and a $20 administration fee per quarter, per employee.
